An exchange or store credit will be offered for unworn merchandise within 14 days of purchase. All items must have the tags attached.
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date for online orders.

- Exchanges or store credit is only offered for our merchandise that is NOT listed as SALE or FINAL SALE.
- Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when you received it - unworn, undamaged, and with its original tags.

The Posh Loft reserves the right, with our discretion, to deny any returned merchandise deemed unacceptable.
Return Credit Options: We offer two options for crediting refunds - store credit or exchange for returned item(s). After we have received your returned merchandise and it has been accepted as an eligible return, your return credit will be processed to whichever of the two options you have chosen.
Online Returns
There is an $8 shipping cost for all online return orders when the return shipping label is emailed to you. All online returns are now seamlessly requested and managed through customer accounts. It is not necessary to have created an account with us in the past. All that is needed is the email you entered at checkout when placing your order.

- Login to your account:
- Enter your email and follow the instructions regarding the six-digit verification code sent to your email.

Select the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the item(s) that you wish to return.
- Select your reason for return.
- Click Request Return.
After your return request is approved, you will then receive an email containing shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the item(s) is received and processed, you will receive your chosen return credit (store credit or exchange).
Final Sale Items/Clearance Items
Any item listed as "FINAL SALE" on its product page cannot be returned and will not be approved for a return. Sale/Clearance items are always FINAL SALE. There are no exceptions to this.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN. IF RECEIVED, A REFUND WILL NOT BE GIVEN, AND THE ITEMS WILL BE DONATED TO A LOCAL ORGANIZATION.
